Showcase Tournaments

• Did you know that OSU teams brought home trophies from Gothia Cup in Sweden, Haarlem Cup in Holland, USA Cup  in Minneapolis St.Paul.?

• OSU players and teams participated in other Showcase Tournaments in places such as Disney Showcase, Dallas Sportsource Showcase, Rome Geargia Showcase, Jefferson Cup Virginia Beach, New Jersey, WAGS (Washington, D.C), New York.

Tournaments

OSU participated with great success in many tournaments in Quebec, Maritimes, Ontario, Alberta, the U.S and Europe

• Did you know that the National Capital Girls Soccer Tournament was the most prestigious girls tournament in Eastern Canada and the Eastern U.S. the tournament will be reestablished in 2007 ?
  
  
• Did you know that only 2 Clubs from Eastern Ontario managed to win an age group championship in this tournament. OSU teams won a total of 5 National Capital Tournament titles?

Scholarships and other Funding

• Did you know that players out of OSU’s youth system have earned scholarships at such places as University of Maine, University of Vermont, Farley Dickerson University, Florida State, Greensborough College, University of New Brunswick?

Playing at Canadian Universities and Colleges

• Did you know that OSU players have played and are playing on many Canadian University Teams and Colleges, such as:
  Ottawa U, Carleton, Queens, Algonquin, Western, York, University of Toronto, Acadia, Dalhousie, New Brunswick, Cape Breton, Concordia, McGill, Trent, ?
  
  
• Did you know that Canadian Universities have funding for students in second year, etc. ?

OSU players with tryouts on European Teams

• Did you know that players from OSU’s youth system have had tryouts with professional clubs in Europe?

National Team

• Did you know that 4 OSU players played on the Womens National Team and that number of OSU youth players were invited to train  at the National Training Centers.?

Provincial Team

• Did you know that OSU has sent more than 20 players to the Ontario Provincial Program?

Regional Teams

• Did you know that OSU has earned the most League and Cup Championships of any Club in Eastern Ontario since the formation of the ERSL ?
