REFUND POLICY FOR SUMMER CAMPS , MARCH BREAK CAMPS AND WINTER PROGRAMS
A fee of $30 applies to all refunds. Refund requests MUST be made in writing ( email) to the OSU General Manager.
If written cancellation is received 10 days prior to start of the camp/program, a refund (minus the cancellation fee $30) will be made. ONLY WRITTEN CANCELLATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
No refunds will be made if:
1. Withdrawing within 14 days of camp/program
2. Once camp/program has started.
3. If player is injured
When requesting a refund please answer the questions below:
1- Players full name.
2- Camp/Program registered for.
3- Camp week.( if applicable)
4- Reason for withdrawal
