Soccer Experience and achievements:
• 2004 OCAA Provincial MVP in Soccer (Algonquin College) (also nominated for rookie of the year and All Canadian awards)
• Member, 2004 College Provincial championship soccer team and silver medal winner at the National Championships. (Algonquin College)
• Member, 2003 Ontario Cup Championship soccer team.
• Member, 2002 Canadian Professional Soccer League (CPSL) Triple Crown championship soccer team (Ottawa Wizards)
• 2002 selected to Canadian Professional Soccer League All-Star Team to play against Morocco
• 2002 played for team Quebec/Ontario to represent Canada in Futsal
• Member, 2001 & 2002 CPSL League and Canada Cup championship team (Ottawa Wizards)
Coaching Experience:
• Presently head coach for OSU 97 force boys. Technical staff member involved with OSU camps, evaluations, technical training.
• 2007/2008 Designed summer camp program for all ages and training program for youth ages 5-10 for Almonte SC
• 2006-2007, Head coach for OSU 94 girls
• 2004 Head Coach for girls U17 regional team. (Ottawa Internationals)
• 2003, Led team clinics for several youth teams and acted as a consultant for other teams in terms of skill development and team play (Carleton Place SC, OSU etc.)
• 2001-2002, Ran and organized soccer camps for The Ottawa Wizards Elite players camps.
• 1999, Head Coach for Boys U19 Premier. (Almonte SC)
