FEE REFUND POLICY
SUMMER REGISTRATION REFUND POLICY Please take the time to familiarize yourself with our refund policies.
A) All refunds are: I. Subject to a $30.00 administration fee, II. TRYOUT FEE IS NON REFUNDUPLE III. Must be made ON LINE by the parent / guardian / senior player, clearly indicate the reason for withdrawal, IV. All requests for a refund MUST BE MADE IN WRITING BY JUNE 30TH. - REQUESTS MADE OVER THE PHONE OR THROUGH VOICE MAIL WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED V. Refunds will only be issued once uniforms and equipment are returned to the club. VI. Refunds will be recorded and tracked by the office and refund cheques will be issued on the 15th of B) FULL REFUNDS less the $30.00 administration fee will be processed prior to May 15th based on: I. (a) Where a player trying out for a competitive team is not selected and OSU is unable to provide a suitable I. (b) Where a player trying out for a competitive team is not selected for a specific team and player decided to II. Where a Developmental or Recreational player identifies a specific geographic site and III. Where a player suffers a season ending injury, attested to by the attending physician prior to July 1st. C) PARTIAL REFUND 50% of the registration fee and less the $30 administration fee will apply to withdrawals between June 1st and June 30th under the conditions of item (b), for recreational and developmental players only D) ZERO REFUNDS Refunds will NOT be processed under the following conditions: I. Written requests received after June 30th II. Competitive players withdrawing after been offered and accepted to a team. NO EXCEPTIONS III. Where a player transfers to another club after OSU has registered them with the governing soccer organizations, NO EXCEPTIONS IV. Where a player has been disciplined by one of the governing soccer organizations, the club or has outstanding debts E) All other refund requests will be assessed on merit.
